Return Eligibility

• ✅ Items returned within 30 days of delivery date
• ✅ Items in original, unused condition with original packaging
• ✅ Items with all tags and accessories included
• ❌ Food, treats, and supplements cannot be returned once opened
• ❌ Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable
• ❌ Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@puppyluv.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using the provided return label (or your own carrier)
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@puppyluv.com with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late Returns

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted unless the item is defective. Please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances.
