Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at puppyluv.com/track-order or directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods (holidays). PuppyLuv is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at support@puppyluv.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
